Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Banco de Talentos

Your mission
  • Prospect, generate leads and schedule meetings with potential prospects across various segments in the digital environment, including video gaming, streaming, info content platforms, influencers, e-commerce and beyond. Utilize market insights and tools to target the right prospects for our payment solutions.
  • Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers. Understand Develop and execute outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and social media to generate high-quality leads.
  • Plan and optimize lead gen campaigns with effective targeting and messaging.
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile. Assess potential prospects needs and readiness to engage with our offerings.
  • Schedule appointments for Business Development Managers with qualified prospects, facilitating a smooth transition from lead generation to sales engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and actionable CRM data, helping the team stay organized and informed about lead statuses and activities. Regularly update records to reflect interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to continuously refine messaging, enhance marketing campaigns, and improve conversion rates. Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements based on front-line insights.
Your profile
  • Organized, motivated and comfortable working towards ambitious goals, consistently striving for high performance in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs tools is essential. You are data-savvy and unafraid to dive into analytics to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, SDR, or working with payment and fintech companies is advantageous but not mandatory. 
  • Desirable knowledge in lead generation tools such as PhantomBuster, Expandi, Mailchimp, and Snov.io.
  • Expertise in using Sales Navigator for prospecting and connection building.
  • Enjoy receiving constructive feedback and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, demonstrating a strong willingness to grow and adapt.
  • English is a must have
