Your mission
    - Think outside the box.
    - Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration within the payment industry.
    - Generate leads to strengthen our sales pipeline.
    - Track the industry trends, competitors activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities, stay ahead of the competition and shape the market development.
    - Establish and nurture strong relationships within the merchant community and the broader payment ecosystem.
    - Close deals and create strategies to drive sustainable sales growth.
    - Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis for our valued B2B clients.
    - Provide ongoing support to clients by promptly addressing and resolving issues.
    - Attend events to build valuable networking relationships and identify collaboration opportunities.
Your profile
 - Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the payment or fintech sectors. Experience in regulated entities is an asset.
- Strong expertise of payment processing technologies, merchant services, and e-commerce environment.
- Established network within the iGaming or eCommerce sectors (including video games and streaming).
- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales, consistently exceeding sales targets in the payment or fintech industries.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong capacity to build and strengthen client relationships.
 - Proven ability for identifying key decision-makers.
 - Proficient in navigating the sales cycle and its various phases.
 - Fluent in English, with proficiency in Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills, characterized by clarity and conciseness.
