Your mission
  • Think outside the box.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the PSP industry;
  • Generate leads to fuel our sales pipeline;
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, financial institutions, and technology providers;
  • Finalize deals and devise strategies for ongoing sales growth;
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for our valued B2B clients;
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, swiftly resolving any product-related issues that may arise;
  • Visit industry events worldwide, to cultivate valuable networking connections and opportunities for collaboration.
Your profile
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the PSP or fintech industry;
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, merchant services, and e-commerce platforms;
  • Network within the iGaming or Ecommerce sector;
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, with a track record of smashing sales goals within Fintech, PSP, SaaS, or IT sectors;
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and strengthening client relationships;
  • Proven ability to identify decision-makers;
  • Proficiency in navigating the sales cycle and its phases;
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese;
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;
