Your mission
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms to introduce LaFinteca’s services.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and understand clients’ needs.
  • Qualify leads and pass them on to the Sales team for further follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and LaFinteca’s service offerings to communicate effectively with prospects.
Your profile
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging personality.
  • Experience in client outreach, sales, or lead generation (LinkedIn experience is a plus).
  • Ability to build relationships and spark interest in a professional manner.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
