Your mission
We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to drive the growth of LaFinteca’s sales pipeline through strategic and data-driven lead-generation initiatives. This role involves leveraging automation tools, CRM systems, and targeted outreach strategies to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and enhance conversion rates.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and social media to generate high-quality leads.
- Plan and optimize lead gen campaigns with effective targeting and messaging.
- Refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Buyer Personas for better segmentation.
Prospecting & Data Management
- Use tools like PhantomBuster and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead extraction and segmentation.
- Maintain and enrich databases for accuracy.
- Automate workflows with no-code platforms like Zapier and Make.
CRM & Pipeline Optimization
- Manage CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) to track leads and sales activities.
- Ensure smooth lead progression through the funnel and provide data insights to the marketing team.
Collaboration & Sales Support
- Support sales agents in client interactions and deal negotiations.
- Align lead gen efforts with marketing, creating outreach scripts to improve engagement.
