Your mission
Drive the strategy and development and optimization of LaFinteca’s payment products across Argentina, Chile, and Peru, covering APMs, payment rails, wallets, PSPs, and crypto on/off-ramps. Make key build vs. buy decisions (in-house, white-label, hybrid), define product requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and lead the full development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and continuously optimize the product, while supporting existing global merchant transactional solutions.

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for new payment methods, APMs, PSPs, and B2C crypto exchangers in LATAM markets.
- Evaluate solution options (in-house development, white-label providers, hybrid models) and provide structured, strategic recommendations to management.
- Conduct vendor research and comparison for potential white-label or hybrid components
- Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
- Support project planning, estimation, and prioritization alongside product and engineering teams.
- Define user journeys for deposits, withdrawals, APMs, card flows, crypto, and payouts.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Align with cross-functional stakeholders (tech, operations, compliance, risk, finance) to ensure end-to-end coherence.
- Participate in testing (SIT/UAT) by defining scenarios, validating functionality, and confirming alignment with requirements.
- Monitor product progress, identify gaps or risks, and drive corrective actions.
