Financial Operations Specialist

Your mission

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening our Finance department and providing operational support across LATAM. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee financial operations, reporting, and banking activities while ensuring process standardization and supporting cross-departmental financial needs.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial processes across multiple countries. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and contribute to business growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your profile
  • At least two years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Experience with general ledger reconciliation and month-end/year-end closing processes.
  • Ability to manage banking operations, including opening accounts, negotiating fees, and financial consolidation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze financial data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Ukrainian is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or RPA tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Operations
  • Manage monthly accounting and tax closings across LATAM.
  • Perform daily and monthly supplier reconciliations for each country.
  • Lead the onboarding and setup of new suppliers.
  • Oversee financial backlog and expansion projects.
Country Management
  • Open and manage bank accounts, negotiate fees, and consolidate financial data.
  • Monitor, manage, and support banking operations in each country.
  • Develop operational forecasts and manage budgets per country.
  • Standardize processes and consolidate financial information across companies.
  • Handle general corporate financial management.
Expansion and Cross-Department Support
  • Strengthen financial operations to support business growth.
  • Address financial requirements from other departments.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between finance and operational teams.
