Personal assistant (Ukrainian speaker)

Your mission

Task Management: Handle a wide range of personal and professional tasks assigned by the CEO, including shopping, placing orders, and running errands.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, such as booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Scheduling & Appointments: Organize appointments for the CEO, including meetings with banks, hospitals, and other service providers.
Administrative Duties: Assist with email management, document preparation, and maintaining organized records.
Vendor Communication: Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure timely task completion.

Your profile

High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude.
Languages: Fluent in Ukrainian, Spanish, and English (both written and spoken).
Skills:
- Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Ability to creatively solve problems and find innovative ways to achieve goals.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Highly Organized: Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
