Your mission

Are you someone who thrives on organization, loves solving problems, and can manage both personal and professional tasks with discretion?


Our CEO is looking for a Personal Assistant to keep life running smoothly - from everyday errands to complex scheduling - so they can focus on what really matters.


You’ll be the go-to person for the CEO’s day-to-day life, handling tasks such as:

  • Personal errands & lifestyle management: shopping, placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and running important errands
  • Travel coordination: planning trips, booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Scheduling & appointments: organizing meetings, medical appointments, and service visits
  • Administrative support: managing emails, preparing documents, and keeping records in order
  • Vendor & partner communication: liaising with service providers, contractors, and external contacts to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Your profile


  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality — you handle sensitive tasks with care
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Fluent in Ukrainian, Spanish, and English
