Your mission
- Align business objectives with employees and management, providing proactive HR guidance and partnership.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and legal compliance.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law (with LATAM experience considered a plus), ensuring alignment with employee management best practices and partnering with legal support when needed.
- Partner closely with multinational teams and management to strengthen work relationships, build morale, and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across different geographies.
- Develop and implement HR-related policies and procedures tailored to a diverse workforce.
- Lead talent development initiatives and performance review cycles, ensuring continuous employee growth and alignment with company goals.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and budgeting in collaboration with leadership.
- Support management in driving talent development and company culture projects across different regions.
- Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent, fostering a strong and positive reputation in the job market.
